Jonathan Stannell heads up IT for the Leeds based vending company LTT, and he sums up the difference between SeQueL Accounts and its predecessor, Pegasus, succinctly: ‘It’s like moving from ordinary broadband that you can only access one person at a time, to a super fast, fibre optic service that’s available to multiple users’, he said.

Talking to Vendman’s Rob Little, you’d be forgiven for thinking it might be… No discussion about integrated control systems and their impact upon the vending industry past, present and future would be complete without a contribution from Rob Little. Arguably the pioneer of software in the UK , Rob founded Vendman in 1993. Today, the company dominates the domestic market.
They tell a rather unkind story about John Broderick Senior at Manchester Vending. Apparently, when the company was relocating to its smart Head Office near Manchester airport, the top logistical priority was to position the ‘The Old Man’ so that he could have a clear view of the aircraft. This, the story goes, was to give Mr. B. Senior ‘something to do…’
