Well folks, the ‘will we, won’t we?’ days are over. We toyed with the idea of moving our HQ to bigger premises, but after giving it a lot of thought, we’ve decided that 2-6 London Road – the ‘Bat Cave’ – will remain our home for the foreseeable future.
The property belongs to the company, so instead of upping sticks we’ll invest in the building by making some fundamental changes to the interior that are designed to make us fit to go forward into the future.
Without giving too much away, it’s not so much a refurbishment as a re-invention of the space: walls will be replaced by glass or removed altogether, we’ll re-model with carpets and furniture in our corporate colours and we’ll create a brand-new, bespoke training room to accommodate the growing numbers of our customers’ staff that require training.
When it’s done – hopefully by the end of spring – the Bat Cave on the A6 will be pretty much unrecognisable…
And by the way, speaking of our training room: as you might imagine, virtually every day we run training sessions for delegates who are employed by the UK’s leading vending operators. So, we think there’s an opportunity for a coffee machine manufacturer to showcase one of their key products to a steady flow of industry ‘key influencers’.
If you’d like to place your machine where the best of the best in the business will see it and use it, please get in touch. We won’t even charge you for the privilege!
